Terms and Conditions – Instagram Giveaway Ester Ledecká x Kästle
Participation in the giveaway organized by Ester Ledecká x Kästle (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
Administration of the Giveaway
The giveaway is administered by Kästle GmbH. Kästle is responsible for selecting the winner, the initial communication with the winner, and the organizational handling of the prize (e.g. collecting size/length details, shipping, etc.).

Giveaway Procedure
The giveaway runs from January 21, 2026, to January 27, 2026, 11:59 PM CET. During this period, participants residing in the EU can enter the giveaway online via Instagram. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram/Meta.

Participation in the giveaway is only possible within the specified entry period. Entries received after this period will not be considered. Each person may enter the giveaway only once. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on any purchase.
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who reside in the EU and have reached the age of 18. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are valid reasons, such as:
(a) manipulation related to access to or conduct of the giveaway,
(b) violation of these Terms and Conditions,
(c) unfair or fraudulent behavior, or
(d) false or misleading information provided in connection with participation in the giveaway.
Prize, Notification, and Delivery
The following prize will be awarded:
1 pair of RX12 GS skis including bindings (K12 TRI GW) with a retail value of €1,150.00
Special extra: optionally hand-signed by Ester Ledecká upon request
The winner will be determined after the end of the entry period through a random draw among all participants. The winner will be notified promptly via a personal message on Instagram from the Organizer through the account @kaestleski. The prize will be coordinated and delivered directly by Kästle. No exchange or cash payment of the prize is possible. If the winner does not respond within 10 days after two notifications, the prize may be awarded to another participant.
Termination of the Giveaway
The Organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons. This applies in particular to any circumstances that could disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the giveaway.
Instagram/Meta
The giveaway is in no way affiliated with Instagram/Meta and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by them.
Data Protection
For the prize to be claimed, personal data (name, phone number, address, and email address) must be provided. The participant guarantees that the information provided is truthful and accurate. The Organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be shared with third parties or made available for their use without consent. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the DSGVO. Data will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be deleted after its completion.
Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, data loss, or force majeure events that may affect the conduct of the giveaway.
Applicable Law
Any questions or complaints related to the giveaway should be directed to the Organizer. Legal recourse is excluded. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or transferred.
