BIO
Janine was three years old when she first started skiing. Very often, she spent her free days with her family on the slopes in the mountains of Pizol. Skiing became more and more important to her, which is why she decided to go in the “Sportgymnasium” in Davos. In 2016, Janine was promoted to the national “Leistungszentrum” Ost. Four years later, she took one step further and got part of Swiss Ski Team in which she achieved her first Europa Cup victory in Super G 2022. In the same season, she celebrated her World Cup debut on the 20th of January 2023 in Cortina d Ampezzo (ITA) and one day later she was able to score her first World Cup points with a 26th place. At the end of the Season 2024 she crowned herself as European Cup overall and Super G winner.
